What is embroidery? This is the craft of using a needle to apply thread or yarn to a material, to create an image made specially for your apparel.
What type of template should I be looking at for my design if I provide my own artwork? We embroider on the front of the T-shirt on the left side, pocket-size (max. 4″ x 4″), and on the back of the t-shirt, center-top, (max. 12″ x 12″).
What type of file do I need to provide for my artwork? We request an digitized file if you provide your own artwork without extra charge. You can upload other file types, but we will have to assess if we need to edit the file in order to send it to get digitized. If we need to edit the image we will contact you, and depending on how much the image is changed, there may be a small artwork charge (not including the $35 digitizing fee).
If I want to embroider on the front and back side of my shirt, is it possible? The short answer, yes. Each location for your design, is based on how many stitches are in your artwork. The number of stitches is determined by digitizing your image. Digitizing your design, puts the file in a way that the machines can read it.
What is the turnaround time to complete an order? A standard job of 12 to 144 shirts takes 7-10 business days after receiving the shirts and artwork. (Shirts have to be ordered out-of-state with a delivery time of 1-2 days).
Can I supply my own apparel to be embroidered? We are sorry for any inconvenience it may cause, but we are unable to embroider any apparel supplied to us.
Is there a maximum amount of colors for an embroidery job? The short answer, no. For each color in your design, you get that color thread.
Are there any differing charges depending on how many stitches my design has? Yes, the more stitches you have, the more the embroidery job will be.
Is there a minimum quantity for apparel to be embroidered? Yes, the minimum quantity of apparel is 12.

What is screen printing? This is the process of forcing ink through a type of material, to create an image made specially for your shirt.
