What is screen printing? This is the process of forcing ink through a type of material, to create an image made specially for your shirt.

What type of template should I be looking at for my design if I provide my own artwork? We print on the front of the T-shirt on the left side, pocket-size (max. 4″ x 4″), and on the back of the t-shirt, center-top, (max. 12″ x 12″)

What type of file do I need to provide for my artwork? We request an .eps file if you provide your own artwork without extra charge. You can upload other file types, but we will have to assess if we need to edit the file in order to send it to our printers. If we need to edit the image we will contact you, and depending on how much the image is changed, there may be a small artwork charge.

If I want to print on the front and back side of my shirt, how many screens will be needed? We charge $7.50 per side, per color for each screen, so it would be a $15 charge for both screens (with one color). This charge does not depend on how many shirts you get, as it is a flat cost.

What is the turnaround time to complete an order? A standard job of up to 144 shirts takes 7-10 business days after receiving the shirts and artwork. (Shirts have to be ordered out-of-state with a delivery time of 1-2 days).

Is there a maximum amount of colors for a screen printing job? The short answer, yes. For each color in your design, you count 1 color. The maximum amount of colors you can use in the design is 8. So your design can have anywhere between 1-8 colors.

Are there any differing charges depending on how many colors my design has? Yes, the more colors you have, the more the printing job will be.
